While running Magnus, Stephen & Erik identified a critical problem in the recruiting industry: inaccuracies in resumes hinder effective hiring processes. Recruiters receive more resumes than they can manage, and it is difficult to identify the inaccurate resumes in such a large pool.
By leveraging the capabilities of the blockchain, they envisioned a solution that would improve the veracity and accuracy of the millions of resumes sent to employers. In September 2017, Workwolf was born. It introduced:

The Digital Work Passport, enabling verifiable profiling of professionals in real time.

The Packfinder, a predictive analytics software, which uses big data and algorithms to match candidates with the right jobs.
They set out to streamline the hiring process for Magnus HRS customers by implementing Workwolf for our own hiring practices. The results were outstanding: Magnus HRS doubled its team in 2021 to meet growing customer demand.
